Most guests fly into Padang (PDG) in West Sumatra, then take a fast ferry or private speedboat to Sipora. We’ll send you the latest schedules and help you coordinate the full journey.

Can you arrange transfers for us?

Yes. We can handle everything from airport pickup to ferry tickets to local transport on Sipora. Just tell us your arrival details and we’ll organise the rest.

Is there Wi-Fi at the villa?

Yes — all our villas use Starlink, offering the most reliable internet connection available in the Mentawais.

What amenities can I expect?

Amenities vary by property, but all villas include essentials such as air-conditioned bedrooms, hot water, reliable power systems, Starlink Wi-Fi, drinking water, and beach access. Premium villas also feature pools, saunas, ice baths, and recovery facilities.

What is your cancellation policy?

Each villa has its own policy, but generally bookings require a deposit and balance payment before arrival, with partial refunds available outside certain timeframes. We’ll send the exact policy during booking.
